DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION
§ 1 General
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data protection declaration only refers to our web pages. If you are redirected to other pages via links on our pages, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data.
§ 2 Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as they are required for the establishment, content-related structuring or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the processing of the contract. For example, in order to deliver the goods, your name and address must be passed on to the shipping service provider.
(2) Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the processing of the contract without your express consent or without a legal basis. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use. After expiry of the tax and commercial regulations, this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to its further use.

It is possible to post a comment. For this purpose, we request some data (e.g. name/pseudonym, e-mail address, website), which we use exclusively for the comment function. The data will not be used for any other purpose without your express consent and will not be passed on to third parties.
§ 4 Web analysis with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc ("Google"). You wish to use the instalment purchase by easyCredit of TeamBank AG Nürnberg, Beuthener Straße 25, 90471 Nürnberg (hereinafter referred to as TeamBank AG) for your order from the dealer. In doing so, the merchant cooperates with TeamBank AG, which assists the merchant in determining the likelihood of proper payment. In order to be able to carry out these risk assessments, the merchant is dependent on transmitting your customer data to TeamBank AG.
In order to carry out the risk assessment, TeamBank AG also requires your consent to transmit selected data to credit agencies and other cooperation partners.
Data will only be transmitted if you expressly consent to this in separate declarations of consent. The declaration of consent is of course voluntary. However, please understand that you will not be able to use the hire purchase service without giving this consent.
1. Data transfer from the merchant to TeamBank AG
The merchant will transmit data to TeamBank AG if you have given the merchant your consent to do so. This includes personal data, contact data, account data and data relating to your current and previous orders.
2. Collection of creditworthiness and risk information by TeamBank AG
If you give TeamBank AG your consent, creditworthiness data and risk information will be obtained from credit agencies and other cooperation partners. The creditworthiness data is information that provides information about your creditworthiness, such as details of any titled claims against you and other creditworthiness data, in each case to the extent that use is permitted under the relevant data protection provisions. Risk information is obtained from cooperation partners in order to avoid cases of fraud. The cooperation partner collects and processes data with the help of cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the terminal device used by the visitor to this website and other data on the use of the website.
3. Assignment of claims to TeamBank AG
Receivables arising from the use of hire purchase are assigned by the merchant to TeamBank AG within the framework of a current factoring agreement. TeamBank AG processes and uses your customer data to the extent necessary to assert and enforce the assigned claims.
4. Your right to revocation, information, correction, blocking and deletion
