DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

§ 1 General
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. § 2 Inventory data

You wish to use the instalment purchase by easyCredit of TeamBank AG Nürnberg, Beuthener Straße 25, 90471 Nürnberg (hereinafter referred to as TeamBank AG) for your order from the dealer. In doing so, the merchant cooperates with TeamBank AG, which assists the merchant in determining the likelihood of proper payment. In order to be able to carry out these risk assessments, the merchant is dependent on transmitting your customer data to TeamBank AG.

If you give TeamBank AG your consent, creditworthiness data and risk information will be obtained from credit agencies and other cooperation partners. The creditworthiness data is information that provides information about your creditworthiness, such as details of any titled claims against you and other creditworthiness data, in each case to the extent that use is permitted under the relevant data protection provisions. Risk information is obtained from cooperation partners in order to avoid cases of fraud.
