Shipping and payment conditions

We ship accessories and small parts up to 30 kg with DPD or DHL.
Large equipment such as table football, billiard tables, pinball machines, jukeboxes and gambling machines are shipped by forwarding agents.

Shipping costs within Germany (mainland):
For small packages up to 30 kg delivered by parcel services, we charge 5,00 Euro shipping costs.

For large parcels and bulky goods over 30 Kg which are delivered by forwarding agency (to the curb), e.g. foosball tables, billiard tables, pinball machines, jukeboxes, slot machines, dart machines etc. we charge:
from 30 kg to 100 kg: 60.00 Euro
from 100 kilos to 300 kilos: 100.00 euros 
over 300 kilos: 150,00 Euro

* For accessories delivered cash on delivery (C.O.D.) by DHL, DHL will charge an additional fee of 2.00 Euro, which will be collected directly by the postman.

** Please understand that we do not accept deliveries from companies, private customers not only public, social and ecclesiastical institutions.

Shipping costs outside Germany:
Of course we also deliver all products abroad. In this case, the shipping costs are always based on the individual shipping weight. The easiest way to find out the shipping costs is to place the desired items in the shopping cart, then select the destination country and you will immediately see the shipping costs without obligation.

Important note
Despite all care, damage may occur during transport. In this case, we will of course refund the damaged items free of charge.

However, please note the following procedure:

Transport damages are to be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods at the supplier. You should then inform us of any transport damage that has been ascertained. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.
